Alderstone LLC is a California-licensed commercial finance broker. This Privacy Policy describes information associated with alderstonefinance.com, inquiries about our services, and our SMS communications.
Information we collect
For an initial inquiry, we collect information you provide, including your name, business name, phone number, email address, type of financing requested, and approximate loan amount. We also receive the contents of your communications with us. If you decide to proceed, we may request additional financial and business documents needed for lenders to evaluate your financing request.
The current website provides email and telephone contact links; it does not have an online inquiry form. Website hosting infrastructure may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times, to deliver and protect the website.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss requested financing services, coordinate appointments and document requests, assist with financing submissions you authorize, and provide related client updates. We use SMS consent and opt-out records to document your messaging choices and administer our SMS program.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent
We do not sell or share customer or prospective-client personal information, including mobile phone numbers, with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional purposes, or lead generation.
SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own messaging, marketing, promotional purposes, or lead generation. Consent to receive texts from Alderstone LLC does not authorize another business to text you.
We disclose mobile numbers, message contents, and consent or opt-out records to service providers only as necessary to support our business communications and administer or deliver our messages on our behalf. This service-provider processing does not authorize independent marketing or lead generation. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, a court order, or other binding legal process.
Sharing for financing you request
If you decide to proceed with a financing request, we will obtain your authorization before sharing relevant client information with prospective lenders or funding sources for evaluation of that request. The information may include your contact and business details, requested financing type and amount, and financial or business documentation relevant to the application.
We intend to obtain this authorization through a clear written authorization before disclosure. The current website does not collect that authorization. A future website inquiry form may offer an authorization option after that form and its disclosures are implemented.
This authorized disclosure is for the financing services you request, not for selling your information as marketing leads. We do not transfer your Alderstone SMS opt-in or consent to lenders or funding sources for their own messaging. A lender or funding source handles information it receives under its own applicable privacy notices and obligations.
Business systems and service providers
We use Microsoft 365 Outlook for email, Microsoft Lists for client and inquiry records, and Zoom Phone for business communications. Our website is hosted through Cloudflare. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services. The limits described above apply to our disclosures of mobile information and SMS consent.
We plan to maintain inquiry and consent records in our business systems with access limited to authorized users. No method of storage or transmission provides an absolute guarantee of security. Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, or full financial account details by ordinary text message; contact us to arrange an appropriate way to provide sensitive documents.
SMS permission and choices
Our SMS program is intended only for replies and updates about services you request, including financing inquiries, appointments, document requests, application updates, and related client support. It does not include promotional offers.
Before texting, we will ask for your explicit permission by phone or in person, explain the program and the disclosures below, and document your consent. Our current website is not used to collect SMS opt-in consent. Visiting the website, providing a phone number, authorizing a financing submission, or accepting website terms does not by itself enroll you in SMS messaging.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless carrier's plan. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services.
Reply STOP to an Alderstone LLC text to opt out of further messages. You may receive a final, non-promotional confirmation of your opt-out. You may continue communicating with us by telephone or email after opting out.
Retention and privacy requests
We have not yet adopted a fixed retention period for every category of information. Relevant considerations include handling your inquiry or authorized financing request, applicable recordkeeping requirements, documenting consent and opt-out choices, and preserving records needed for disputes or legal proceedings. Required records cannot necessarily be deleted upon request.

Updates and contact
